On average, we need between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including to the address).
We only ship to the address you provided during checkout. If you have any questions, please email us.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages. Please note: we have a processing time of 3-4 business days for returns, after processing the return we will refund the purchase price.
You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! If the order is already on its way, this is no longer possible.
If you have entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After the 24 hours have passed, no refund will be given.
Delivery by freight forwarder takes approximately 2-3 working days within Germany, shipping to neighboring countries may be delayed by a few days.
